You must not share your username or password with any third party. phfamouse will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phfamouse immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). phfamouse is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include: Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, or other valid government-issued photo identification. 3.5 Account Currency. All phfamouse accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, minus any applicable conversion fees charged by the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified phfamouse account. phfamouse does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 phfamouse targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard Philippine banking hours. Processing times may be extended in circumstances requiring enhanced verification or during high-volume periods, but phfamouse commits to communicating any significant delays to affected players.
5.4 phfamouse does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawals. Players may be permitted one (1) free withdrawal per 24-hour period via their primary registered payment method. Additional same-day withdrawals may be subject to a processing fee as communicated at the time of the request.
5.5 phfamouse reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, AML screening, or investigation of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
5.6 Winnings generated through the use of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and maximum withdrawal limits specified in the applicable bonus terms before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfamouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phfamouse platform, regardless of whether phfamouse was advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 phfamouse's total aggregate liability to any individual player, arising from any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 phfamouse does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical outages may affect platform availability. phfamouse will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and communicate maintenance windows in advance where practicable.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phfamouse's liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 phfamouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
13.2 Upon account termination for cause, phfamouse may forfeit any or all balances held in the account. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure by the player), phfamouse will return the verifiable real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, net of any applicable fees and following completion of required verification procedures.
13.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phfamouse customer support. The closure process requires verification of identity and final settlement of any outstanding balances.
